Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Gilgit & Transfer
Arrive at Gilgit Airport. Our team will receive you and transfer you to your hotel in Hunza (approx. 2.5 hours drive along the stunning Karakoram Highway). Evening free for relaxation.
Day 2: Exploring Central Hunza
Visit the 700-year-old Baltit Fort in the morning. After a traditional lunch, we will head towards the Eagle's Nest viewpoint in Duikar to witness a mesmerizing sunset over the Karakoram peaks.
Day 3: Attabad Lake & Passu
A full-day excursion to Upper Hunza (Gojal). We'll boat across the turquoise waters of Attabad Lake, walk the thrilling Hussaini Suspension Bridge, and view the majestic Passu Cones.
Location Details
The Hunza Valley is situated in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan, at an elevation of around 2,500 meters (8,200 ft). The region is known for its incredible longevity, hospitable Wakhi and Burusho people, and high literacy rates.
Temperatures in Autumn (October to November) hover between 5°C to 15°C during the day, dropping below freezing at night. Warm layering is essential.
